Your responsibilities include:

Supporting the Maintenance Director to help maintain the building and grounds so residents can enjoy a clean, safe place to live
Completing maintenance and repair requests
Performing basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Assisting with preventative maintenance routines
Keeping common areas and outdoor spaces safe and tidy
Providing respectful, friendly service to residents and fellow team members

Schedule:

Full-time
Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Flexible scheduling available

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Basic building maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, general repairs)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Enjoys hands-on work and staying active
