Position: Maintenance Technician- Condominium & HOA Communities
Location: Carolina Regional Office- Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM with on-call rotation
Pay: $24-$28 per hour based on experience
What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform hands-on maintenance and repairs across multiple condominium and homeowner association communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing building maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general upkeep
- Maintaining exterior community features such as gutters, roofs, doors, trim, and lighting
- Responding to service requests and maintenance issues efficiently
- Delivering professional customer service to homeowners and association boards
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Participating in an on-call rotation for emergency repairs
What You Bring
- 2+ years with exterior repairs, specifically deck building, siding and window trim repairs.
- Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- Experience with exterior building components such as gutters, doors, and roofing
- Comfortable working safely on ladders; HVAC experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in using a mobile phone for work order systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license, along with a truck or van and proof of auto insurance
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening upon offer of employment
