Job Description

Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)

A local church is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain church facilities and grounds. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed
Conduct routine inspections of church facilities and report maintenance concerns
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of church grounds and exterior areas
Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for church events and activities
Perform preventative maintenance on church equipment and facilities
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
