We are now recruiting a reliable and diligent Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team to ensure our guests receive the highest quality facilities, accommodations, and amenities at our resorts.
As a Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Team Worker, you will:
- Perform landscaping and general property upkeep
- General Maintenance needs as assigned
- Perform snow removal/shoveling of walkways and roofs
- Perform preventative maintenance for HVAC, pool components
- Plumbing needs as assigned
- Painting needs as assigned
- Trouble shooting maintenance problems
- General labor - cleaning pools and related areas, building supplies, etc.
- Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
- Basic carpentry and other building related skills
- Other tasks as assigned
- General maintenance needs as assigned
- Follow up with other departments on the status of the repairs.
- Must work in a clean professional manner.
What We Expect From You:
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisor or senior maintenance workers
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Time management and organizational skills
- Pool chemistry knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude
- Good Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be available weekdays and/or weekends
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- We will train candidates looking for a career at a premiere Mount Washington Valley business.
