SALARY RANGE: $25.00 - $29.00 / Hour

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Responsible for the delivery of Bulk Oil and DEF products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Establishes a route system in delivery territory. Efficiently delivers bulk oil and DEF products according to customer needs.

Records sales or delivery information on daily sales.

Communicates marketing programs and distributes sales promotion materials to customers and prospects.

Delivers to farm, home and commercial customer accounts.

Submits required reports promptly as requested by supervisor and communicates activities in trade territory on a regular basis.

Completes technical and product training in order to stay up-to-date and knowledgeable of product changes.

Reports all complaints to supervisor and utilizes appropriate procedures in handling complaints.

Assists with inventory making sure it is done correctly, on time and sent to main office.

Takes necessary steps to control/manage shrink.

Inspects truck and bulk plant on a regular basis and ensures timely repairs.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Displays good judgment, positive attitude and enthusiasm in dealing with customers and fellow employees.

Maintains a good working knowledge of and utilizes applicable company computer programs such as, wEBS and Agvance, as well as Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.

Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts.

Responsible for maintaining the assigned vehicle and equipment according to company standards, adheres to the uniform policy, and maintains the appropriate professional image.

Follows Conserv FS's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years or more of delivery experience to demonstrate strong reasoning ability to solve practical problems and handle customer inquiries and concerns.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement, with a satisfactory driving record.

Must be able to lift 100 lbs.

Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must be able to travel independently and overnight.

Must be willing to work hours beyond those considered "normal."

Occasionally exposed or required to:

• Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.)
• Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures
