About the PositionDepartment: PartsReports to: Parts Inventory AnalystSupervises: None
PurposeThis position operates a truck and trailer to safely transport and deliver bulk oil products to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Operate truck and trailer to deliver bulk oil products to customer locations.
- Maintain records of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and receipts
- Maintain all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy
- Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations while transporting and handling bulk oil.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good working condition; basic knowledge of truck maintenance and fluid handling equipment preferred.
- Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of bulk oil products.
- Provide professional and courteous service while delivering products to customer locations.
- Communicate delivery updates or concerns with the Parts team and customers as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Location & Travel Requirements: This position is based out of Dickinson, ND and will be traveling from the Dickinson area to Bowman, Beach, Elgin, Williston, and Stanley, ND, as well as Lemmon, SD.Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- CDL License, Hazmat certification, & clear driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
