Job Description
- Bulk Sales: Prospect, negotiate, and secure high-volume contracts with industrial clients. Expand existing customer base and build long-term client relationships.
- Marketing & Business Development: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to generate new leads and increase market share. Analyze target markets and develop outreach initiatives tailored to demographic and industry needs.
- New Market Acquisition: Identify and pursue acquisition opportunities in new or underserved geographic markets. Lead negotiations and manage the acquisition process to increase the company’s market footprint.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform and adapt sales strategies. Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and market opportunities. Prepare regular updates for senior management, including progress reports and strategic forecasts.
- Proven track record of success in bulk sales, with experience in commercial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and close new bulk accounts.
- Strong experience in developing and executing effective marketing plans.
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to identify and secure new business acquisitions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% within the Southeast Division.
