Job Description

Make $16.50-$22.50/hr. as a bullet production technician. Monthly performance reviews mean you could make $20.50 in a few months. Add $1.00 if you work nights or weekends.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Perform operations according to established procedures and quotas

Catch and prevent quality problems

Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers

Follow safety rules, stay productively busy, share improvement ideas, exercise good behavior

Move quickly, stay on feet most of day, lift up to 50lbs

Wear uniform (in some cases), safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves and hearing protection
