This Burn Table Operator role ensures quality, productivity, and proper material flow throughout the production process. The ideal Burn Table Operator is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Required Experience & Skills Minimum 1 year of machine or burn table experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders Basic math, writing, and computer skills Knowledge of machine processes and steel defects Ability to perform quality checks and inspections Forklift and crane operation experience (license preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities Operate burn table machinery to process parts per blueprint specifications Perform machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance Conduct first piece and periodic inspections to ensure tolerances are met Make fine adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy Stage materials and ensure proper workflow through production Tag finished materials correctly and move to next production stage Complete required production paperwork and documentation Identify defects and complete reject reports when necessary Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA requirements and PPE useWork Environment Industrial manufacturing environment Exposure to heat, cold, machinery, and steel materials Physically demanding role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing May involve working in tight spaces and varying conditionsAdditional InformationSafety-sensitive position May require OSHA safety training and First Aid/CPR certificationJobID124472Stand-By Personnel
