Business Analyst 2 (DA Business Operations Support/Order Management)

Pay rate range - $40/hr. to $42/hr. OnsitePosting Title: Support Position – DA Business Operations Support/Order ManagementJob Description: Top 3 Skill Sets Advanced Excel skills Advanced Power Point Order Management (could you test them with their excel skills) SAP Demand Planning Root Cause AnalysisGeneral Description: Candidate will be expected to execute the operational duties of a support to major accounts being a liaison between Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams. This role involves providing prompt resolution to customer inquiries, as well as, assisting other team members to achieve high service levels, and other business goals.Roles and Responsibilities:• Order management including order processing, tracking, and reconciliation• Generate multiple daily reports for select accounts• Interact directly with customer service teams regarding order status and product availability• Collect, document, and manage information logs for Home Appliance accounts• Create Commercial Invoices• Work with Call Center to ensure consumers are contacted to meet the SLA in place for rescheduling orders• Process Upgrades for end-of-life models• Must be able to work overtime if requiredNecessary Skills/ Attributes:• Competency in SAP systems and Microsoft Office• Superior communication and organization skills• Strong problem-solving abilities• Ability to interact with all levels of management• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment• Ability to work well in a team and with demanding time frames• Exceptional customer service background• Supply chain knowledge• Strong Excel skills a must• Strong Powerpoint skills
