Job Description:

We’re seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and support solution delivery. Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, and excellent communication abilities. Agile experience and SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Validation

Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.

Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Process Improvement & Mentorship

Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Mentor junior Business Analysts and share best practices.

Contribute to standards and templates for documentation and requirements management.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
