Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst 3 Location: Remote  Salary Range:  $42/hr to $46/hr on W2 

Introduction

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting two large teams focused on AI development. The successful candidate will provide business management support and contribute to various projects, including headcount management and data analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as business management, economics, finance, or accounting.
  • Previous experience with headcount management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HC management systems.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with SharePoint and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience with headcount management.
  • Familiarity with Oracle HC management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide business management support for engineering organizations.
  • Contribute to headcount management and data analysis projects.
  • Collaborate with directors to support product development and AI infrastructure teams.
  • Manage industry hiring projects and ensure best practices are followed.
