Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a BusinessAnalyst with 10+ years of experience to fill an onsite, contract position in Birmingham, Alabama. JOB DESCRIPTION

A Business Analyst with 10 to 15 years of experience is responsible for idea generation, development and implementation.*
They also modify business processes for use in other departments.*
They achieve this by detailing the concept of the process.*
Detailing gives an insight into the effectiveness of the process.*
If there are unproductive techniques, the analyst can find a workable solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and communicate with key stakeholders*
Liaise between various business departments and groups*
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling*
Maintain documentation regarding various processes and operations*
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to update processes and procedures

This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
