Job Title: Business Analyst( Requirements Engineering & Government Program Solutions Specialist) 13 Years Exp
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Experience creating UML-based use case diagrams and activity diagrams utilizing Microsoft Visio and industry-standard modeling techniques.
- Experience designing and developing intuitive Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for large-scale enterprise applications supporting more than 1,000 users.
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and presenting business and system documentation to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience performing software testing activities using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Azure DevOps, including defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and development of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Experience working independently while providing leadership, mentorship, training, and guidance to project team members.
- Experience eliciting and analyzing business requirements for social service programs such as Medicaid, SNAP/Food Stamps, HEAP, TANF, and Housing assistance programs.
