Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian low-code platform to drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient process automation, solution design, and delivery of scalable Appian applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM)
Experience with Appian low-code platform
Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Experience with Agile methodologies
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with process optimization and re-engineering
Familiarity with Appian Process Modeler and SAIL interfaces
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration objects

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Work closely with Appian developers to deliver solutions
