THE ROLE

As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the marketing domain of a leading financial institution. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and solutions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact programmes while developing expertise across both banking and marketing functions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across marketing-related initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology teams to define solutions
Support delivery of projects by translating business needs into clear functional specifications
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to improve marketing effectiveness

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience working as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
Interest in marketing, customer experience, or digital channels (prior experience beneficial but not essential)
