Job Description:

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsDevelop a strong understanding of business operations and support recurring and ad‑hoc analysis requests related to spend, performance, compliance, or operational efficiency.Validate data outputs against source systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.Data Quality & Issue SupportMonitor data quality issues and support root-cause analysis in partnership with product and technical teams.Track, document, and help triage data discrepancies or defects reported by the business.Assist in validating fixes across environments and confirming resolution with stakeholders.Maintain clear documentation of known data limitations or dependencies.User Stories & UATDraft and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria based on business and data requirementsEnsure stories clearly reflect business workflows, data logic, and expected analytical outputsPartner with Product and Engineering during backlog refinement and UAT to validate outcomes.AdministrativeManage data platform admin requests including account setup, granting access/permissions, troubleshooting, etc.About You2 or more years of data analytics experience.Technical understanding of data systems and platforms - working knowledge of Snowflake, SQL, or other advanced analytics tools.Knowledge of the media landscape – including various media types such as Digital Managed Services, Programmatic, Traditional Media, etc.Strong data management and problem-solving skills.Strong organization skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to clearly define business requirements and present them to internal stakeholders.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.Agency experience a plus.Knowledge of Salesforce/MBOX/Asana/Prisma a plus.Wage and BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.The salary range for this position is posted below.
