Overview
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performs business analysis in a variety of complex situations
Makes recommendations for product enhancements
Provides a point of contact for business units into IT
Reviews requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects
Participates in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for both the business units and IT
May act as a project manager on some projects
Works closely with team members to ensure that timelines are being met
Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders
Coordinate with different department teams to produce better business outcomes
Provides members of the affected Business Unit with training
Works with IT team regarding process documentation and overall documentation management
Collaborates with the testing team on test results, root cause analysis and identify requirement gaps and resolutions
Conducts knowledge transfer to the support teams during the implementation phase of projects
Performs special assignments in support of department objectives
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments concurrently

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
