Job Description
Role –Business Analyst (Finance & Accounting domain.)Location : San Francisco, CA 94105, CA 94041 (Onsite)Salary : $130KAct as the primary liaison between business users and automation teams to identify, assess, and document business processes suitable for RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:12+ year's experience as Process/Business Analyst with min 2-4 Years experience in Finance & Accounting domain. Conduct process walkthroughs, workshops, and discovery sessions.Prepare process documentation, process maps, and Process Definition Documents (PDDs). Gather business requirements, process metrics, volumes, and exception scenarios.Collaborate with UiPath developers and architects to ensure accurate solution design. Support UAT, user adoption, and implementation activities.Maintain and manage the automation opportunity pipeline.Required Skills Experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Automation Discovery.Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills. Knowledge of RPA/Intelligent Automation concepts.Experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred SkillsExperience working with UiPath or other RPA platforms. Exposure to Process Mining, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.Key Success MetricsAutomation opportunities identified and qualified. Business value and ROI generated.Stakeholder satisfaction and automation adoption.
