Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business needs, conducting analysis, and supporting project implementation. You will work with stakeholders to address business challenges and drive improvements. Strong experience in business analysis and problem-solving skills are required.Functional Analysis & Requirement Gathering Collaborate with business users to understand and document requirements. Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business needs. Develop functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements. Testing & Quality Assurance Prepare test plans and scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. Resolve issues identified during testing and post-production support. Training & Support Provide training to end-users on new functionalities and system enhancements. Offer ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues promptly. Assist in the preparation of user manuals and documentation. Project Management & Documentation Assist in project planning, including timelines and resource allocation. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes. Ensure compliance with change management procedures and best practices. Educational Background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
