Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to support IT efforts in deploying new technology for our Corporate Legal department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, scheduling meetings and training sessions, and tracking financials. Experience in corporate legal operations is preferred, and a Legal Operations Professional Certification is a bonus. Key Experience and Skills 6+ Year experience Experience working in IT project teams deploying new technologies. Proven experience in creating business requirements through client interviews. Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings and training sessions. Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting. Preferred: Experience in corporate legal operations. Bonus: Legal Operations Professional Certification. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Key Responsibilities Conduct client interviews to gather and document business requirements. Develop and update a comprehensive schedule of meetings and training classes. Track progress against project plans, identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Track and report on financial performance related to various projects.
