Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Jersey City, NJ(Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Cards & Payments domain to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment processing, card management systems, business analysis, stakeholder management, and client implementations. Experience with PAYplus USA and/or GFX software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

Work with business stakeholders to understand Cards & Payments business processes.

Lead workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

Perform impact analysis and recommend business solutions.

Support implementation of Cards & Payments solutions using PAYplus USA and/or GFX.

Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, and Client teams throughout the SDLC.

Drive client onboarding and implementation activities.

Identify process improvements and recommend best practices.

Create BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Process Flows, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

Required Skills

Must Have

10+ years of Business Analysis experience

Strong experience in Cards & Payments

Expertise in Card Processing systems

Experience with PAYplus USA and/or GFX
