Job Description
Duration: 6+ months Compensation: $35 - 42/hr W2 Location: 100% Remote (must work ET hours) Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a federal technology modernization initiative. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and legacy system modernization.Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills.
- Experience supporting software development and technical teams.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow assessments.
- Analyze business rules, data requirements, and system flows.
- Support application modernization and legacy system retirement.
Preferred Requirements:
- Federal government or VA project experience.
- Mortgage, lending, or loan servicing knowledge.
- Application modernization or legacy system experience.
