This is an Onsite Position

EM Key Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process requirement experts analyze business use cases for possible automation and, subsequently, create the process definitions and process maps critical for successful bot development.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to educate them on the DAS program and capabilities and capture requirements.
• Support CoE maintenance by supporting submission processes, maintaining technical documentation standards, and operational reporting requirements.
• Prior experience designing and developing client-ready documents such as executive decision and informational briefings, stakeholder storyboarding, and governance materials,

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
• 2+ years of experience in the following:
  • Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Data Analytics
  • Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
  • Familiarity with agile project methodology
  • Collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
  • Process-oriented with critical thinking abilities
  • Skilled in Requirement Capturing
  • Validate requests are in scope
  • Work with the customer to develop the requirements and hand them off to the developers.
  • The ability to ask the right questions-similar to the developers,

Clearance:

An active Top Secret Clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
