TechnoFunctional Business Analyst – Fraud ProtectionKey Responsibilities-
- Act as a Techno Functional Business Analyst for Fraud Protection initiatives
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to fraud detection and fraud review
- Support evaluation and recommendation of enterprise fraud protection tools
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Analyze payment and fraud review flows including accept/reject decisioning
- Participate in architecture and solution discussions
- Support stakeholder walkthroughs and presentations
- Experience as a Techno Functional Business Analyst in Fraud Protection domain
- Strong understanding of fraud detection and transaction risk concepts
- Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Retail or e commerce platform experience
- Exposure to payment flows and fraud review services
- Enterprise consulting or advisory experience
- Stakeholder Interaction
- Client fraud, product, and engineering teams
- Security and risk stakeholders
