By identifying actionable insights and informing messaging strategy, you'll play a direct role in shaping the member experience and driving sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lifecycle Analytics: Analyze member communication performance across channels, segments, and lifecycle stages to identify trends and provide actionable insights that inform messaging strategy.

  • Strategic Partnership with LCM: Collaborate directly with Lifecycle Marketing stakeholders to answer business questions, surface opportunities, and recommend strategies grounded in data.

  • Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to evaluate the effectiveness of lifecycle campaigns and inform roadmap decisions around targeting, timing, and content.

  • Reporting & Communication: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key lifecycle metrics, providing the LCM team with real-time visibility into campaign performance and member behavior.

  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain models that connect member communication data with behavioral and engagement metrics, enabling consistent and accurate lifecycle reporting.

  • Proactive Insights: Generate forward-looking recommendations to optimize lifecycle strategy, presenting findings and actionable next steps to LCM leadership and cross-functional partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a growth, lifecycle, or product-focused environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Have a creative approach to problem-solving - demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.

  • Self-starting, fast-moving, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required.

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Sigma or similar.

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
