We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our Pueblo, Colorado team. This internship provides an opportunity to apply your classroom learning to real-world challenges and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic operational environment. Over the summer, you will work with the operations staff to ensure mobile equipment parts are correctly documented, tracked, and integrated into Oracle EAM and internal workflows.
Attend daily and weekly admin, down-day and outage meetings for assigned mill
Perform Oracle EAM system clean-up of stale data, errors and incompletions
Assist maintenance technicians with administrative password resets, debriefing and completing work orders and creating reactive work orders
Report current incomplete Oracle data to maintenance supervisors and planners, assist with creation and completion of Oracle EAM tasks including creation of corrective work orders based on PM inspection reports
Provide weekly updates to maintenance team regarding Oracle EAM metrics, compliance, KPI data and cleaned or new data
Implement sustainable Oracle EAM internal workflow and process for assigned mill regarding saved searches, usage of work order statuses, technician-created work orders, PM management
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in business administration, accounting, finance, organizational development or other applicable areas of study
Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel is desired, intermediate expertise with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Financial or ERP software and other PC computer applications is required
Experience in manufacturing, preferred
Proven ability to organize and motivate teams for safe, high-quality results and maximum productivity, preferred
Proven ability to professionally motivate and engage employees, preferred

- May-August 2026, following commencement of Spring Semester
Compensation
- Undergraduate experience $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
