- 7 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Reinsurance domain.
- Claims processing and reporting.
- Experience working on data warehouse analytics platforms.
- Financial and actuarial reporting systems.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills mandatory.
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering.
- Analyze and document business requirements for:
- Claims processing and reporting.
- Reinsurance ceded/assumed.
- Financial reporting, loss, LAE, reserves.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Functional Specifications (FRDs).

- Root cause analysis and defect resolution.
