This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Agile Business Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the modernization of mission-critical applications used throughout the U.S. Courts. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with product owners, and employing Agile practices to enhance user experience. Accountabilities
- Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment.
- Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirement documentation.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and conduct usability testing.
- Utilize UI/UX concepts to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Participate in the development and refinement of Project Backlog Stories.
- Facilitate the team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Document standard operating procedures and maintain release information.
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize dependencies and workflows.
- Support the testing team to ensure alignment with the business vision.
- Conduct business process analysis and provide technical assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of experience in Agile software development.
- Experience with at least one enterprise software project in the last three years.
- Strong understanding of Agile processes and practices.
- Ability to write acceptance criteria and conduct testing effectively.
- Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
