REMOTE BUT WILL HAVE TO COME ON SITE FOR INTERVIEW AND POSSIBLE TRAINING - Rye, NY We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Distributed Energy Services (DES), Customer Project Management System (CPMS), PowerClerk, Project Center, Sales Force, Pega Cloud, enterprise requirements gathering, and high quality technical documentation (including BRDs/FRDs). This role works closely with Product Owners (PO)/ business stakeholders and will collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable workflow and case management solutions. Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria). Work with Product Owners, developers to translate business needs into Pega case types, workflows, rules, integrations, and UI requirements. Diagnose functionalities within our system applications and help provide trouble shooting and resolution support. Create process flows, data maps, wireframes, and interface specifications using Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar tools. Produce clear technical documentation including SDDs, SOPs, user guides, and traceability matrices. Support release nights and UAT planning, test case validation, defect triage, and go live readiness. Perform data analysis (SQL, Excel Power Query/Pivot) to validate requirements, reporting needs, and system outputs. Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ceremonies using Jira or Azure DevOps. #LI-TW ind123
