Attention to detail – spotting gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in requirements.

Technical proficiency – working knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and integrations.

Requirements management – documenting clear, testable, and prioritized requirements.

Strong communication skills – translating technical concepts into business language (and vice versa).

Curiosity & continuous learning – keeping up with tools, tech, and industry trends.
