Job Description
Only on W2 Business Analyst w/ nCino & Salesforce Locations Charlotte, NC Mode: Hybrid, 3 days onsite Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on our Middle Market Banking and Corporate investment banking processes within the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend nCino/Salesforce-based solutions.
- Configure and optimize nCino/Salesforce applications to align with business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and monitor platform performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of nCino/Salesforce solutions. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services or fintech space. Strong expertise with nCino and Salesforce, including configuration and customization. Understanding of banking processes, including commercial and retail lending, account opening, and workflow automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Salesforce Administrator or nCino certifications (preferred but not required).
