Job Description
Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce & nCinoLocation: Woburn, MAWork Schedule: 5 days onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Objectives of This Role
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units, including Commercial Lending, Finance, Operations, Security, and Compliance, to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.
- Communicate effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis and maintain systems processes.
- Deliver monthly status reports to appropriate stakeholders.
- Author and update internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements documentation.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop meaningful relationships with business partners to optimize systems integration.
- Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Conduct current-state process analysis, identify system gaps, and develop workflow analysis.
- Set high expectations and enforce standards to meet project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, and/or systems development.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience generating business process flows.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews or Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with stakeholders and developers to define requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or nCino.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience executing test matrices.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications.
- Proven ability to manage projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- High proficiency in technical writing and documentation.
- Banking industry experience.
