Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
- Experience creating user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
- Familiarity with CRM implementations and data migration projects.
- Experience supporting Sales, Service, Marketing, or Customer Success organizations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals.
- Blend of business analysis expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience working in Agile environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and support Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices within the Salesforce platform
