Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of various business reports and dashboards, utilizing reporting tools and software.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information necessary for reporting and analysis.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses produced.
- Assist in documenting and standardizing business processes to facilitate reporting and analysis.
- Provide support in identifying areas for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Assist in the development of process documentation, flowcharts, and procedures.
- Stay updated on reporting tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new reporting technologies and tools.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
