Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Business Banking Officer opportunity with a Bank priding itself on core values such as consistency, creativity and reliability; and above all a dedication to the highest level of personalized service standards for their clients. The Business Banking Officer is responsible for below specific duties.Your specific duties will include:

Source, secure, and acquire new deposit relationships to support the Bank’s growth objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and generate new business within specialty deposit sectors, including escrow, property management, payroll, insurance, small-to-mid-size businesses, MSBs, and related industries, with a focus on non-interest-bearing (NIB) deposits.
Manage the new account onboarding process, treasury management delivery, and sales execution.
Structure and present customized deposit solutions and pricing proposals.

Required qualifications for the position include:

Minimum of 7-10 years in commercial, middle market, and/or corporate banking segments.
Strong treasury management expertise with proven business development success in specialty deposit industries.
Ability to negotiate and structure deposit proposals.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong client relations skills.

Pay Rate Range: $75,000 - $120,000, base plus commission Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
