Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales and Community Outreach Representative to promote company services, build strong community relationships, and drive business growth within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, promotional activities, and in person visits with prospective clients and referral sources.The ideal candidate will be self motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently while building and maintaining long term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell company services throughout the assigned community and service areaDevelop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and community organizationsConduct in person visits, presentations, and networking efforts to increase brand awareness and generate leadsMaintain a thorough understanding of all service lines, pricing structures, and target client profilesPresent service offerings and assist in establishing contractual agreements with clientsBuild sales within the assigned territory in alignment with established goals and performance expectationsPre plan and execute weekly sales and outreach activitiesAssist leadership in developing annual sales goals and identifying new growth opportunitiesProvide market feedback, competitor insights, and recommendations regarding service expansion and sales potentialParticipate in industry related educational opportunities, events, and community engagement initiativesMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progressPerform other duties as assignedSchedule and AvailabilityThis position may require attendance at after hours events, networking functions, community outreach activities, and client meetings several times per week. These events may occasionally include evenings and weekends based on business needs.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience requiredExperience in healthcare, home care, or a service based industry preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent relationship building and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyCreative, self motivated, and goal oriented mindsetStrong problem solving skills and sound judgmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportation requiredWillingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as neededPay Range  = $38,000/year - $40,000/year DOEPandoLogic.
