Business Development AssociateFull-Time | $60,000-$80,000/year + 30% Quarterly Bonus PotentialSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pmWork Environment: Hybrid (90% Remote / 10% On-Site)Location: Little Rock, AR 72211About Advanced Spine and Pain CentersAt Advanced Spine and Pain Centers, we are committed to relieving pain and restoring quality of life through innovative, patient-centered care. Our team of specialists combines advanced diagnostics, minimally invasive procedures, and personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.The OpportunityAs a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by building relationships with referral sources, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing awareness of the services offered by Advanced Spine and Pain Centers.What You’ll DoBusiness Development & Community Outreach
  • Increase patient volume through networking, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building within the community 
  • Research prospective referral sources in targeted markets and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and referral partners within assigned territories 
  • Promote company services to patient referral sources and community stakeholders 
  • Represent the company professionally and ensure services are portrayed positively within the community 
Marketing & Relationship Management
  • Understand target markets, industries, company contacts, and referral strategies to support business growth 
  • Maintain marketing event calendars and coordinate staff participation for events 
  • Gather consumer feedback and maintain records to evaluate marketing plan performance and recommend adjustments 
  • Communicate customer and client feedback to leadership in a clear and actionable format 
  • Support marketing campaigns, communications efforts, and outreach initiatives 
Reporting & Operations
  • Provide weekly reports on goals achieved, targets met, and upcoming plans 
  • Collaborate with staff and leadership to support ongoing business development efforts 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field required 
  • At least one (1) year of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, customer service, fundraising, or a related field required 
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred 
  • Experience in marketing project management, communications, marketing campaign development, and/or event planning preferred 
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Extensive knowledge of public relations and fundraising principles and strategies 
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills 
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
