Government Contracting & Proposals
- Research federal, state, local, and other government contracting opportunities.
- Review solicitations for fit, requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and compliance.
- Develop and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, sources sought notices, and other solicitations.
- Prepare capability statements, compliance matrices, past performance narratives, resumes, and supporting proposal materials.
- Track proposal deadlines, contract requirements, deliverables, and modifications.
- Support contract administration, documentation, reporting, and invoicing as needed.
Pipeline, Marketing & Process Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, deadlines, activities, and follow-up tasks.
- Manage proposal document control, version tracking, reviews, and submissions.
- Support marketing content, website updates, campaigns, conferences, and client outreach.
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures and business development processes.
Required Experience
We need someone who can contribute quickly and understands government contracting and/or federal acquisitions from the government, contracting, proposal, or vendor side.
Experience in several of these areas:
- Government contracting or federal acquisitions
- Proposal development, solicitation review, or contract administration
- Business development, sales, outreach, or client relationship management
- Capability statements, past performance, or compliance documentation
- Researching and evaluating government opportunities
- Managing deadlines, deliverables, modifications, or submissions
