Base Salary:$45,000 per year+ Commission+ Performance Bonuses

Handyman Connection of Overland Park is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to help homeowners and commercial property managers bring their repair and remodeling projects to life.

Compensation
Annual Base Salary
- $45,000
Commission
- 5% of labor sold on completed and paid projects.
Monthly Performance Bonuses
- $30,000 in monthly labor sales: $400 bonus
- $50,000 in monthly labor sales: $800 bonus
- $75,000 in monthly labor sales: $1,600 bonus
- $100,000 in monthly labor sales: $3,000 bonus
Team Bonus
When the company meets its monthly quality goals, every eligible team member earns an additional bonus.
Quality goals include:
- 95%+ customer satisfaction
- 4.8+ Google rating
- Low callback/warranty rate
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and commercial clients.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare professional estimates using our software.
- Follow up with customers to close sales.
- Coordinate with the office and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, construction, remodeling, or home services preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Base Salary: $45,000
