End user sales of limited energy solutions.Job Description:
Compensation would be salary plus commissions for eligible sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop sales pipeline consisting of opportunities for limited energy solutions, maintenance agreements and monitoring contracts through prospecting and developing relationships with assigned accounts.
- Identify key influencers, budgets, and purchasing criteria across all accounts to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing Specialists to prepare sales information and proposals for customers.
- Maintain updated pipeline by entering all opportunities in CRM and advancing those opportunities through the sales cycle as necessary.
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings to align strategies and objectives with team members.
- Develop relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors and electrical contractors to keep them up to date with new products and solutions offered.
- Attend tradeshows and industry meetings for prospecting and staying up to date on product innovations, capabilities, and market/industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive working relationships with product vendors.
- Prepare a yearly business plan that includes sales goals, current pipeline status, target accounts and identification of potential obstacles.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in limited energy sales or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, sales tactics, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and the coordination of manpower and resources.
- Ability to develop sales goals that relate specifically to obtaining assigned quota
- Ability to understand the scope of the contract documents and the scope of the associated work to be performed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal software programs.

- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets and photocopiers.
- Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch.
- This position may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.

Pay Range:
$72,960.00 - $97,280.00Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only. In addition to base compensation, Hunt Electric offers a robust benefits plan.
