Business Development Coordinator, Capital Markets- JLL

What this job involves:

Support JLL Capital Markets Group (CMG) debt & equity advisory teams in marketing and closing $20 million to $200 million real estate transactions while supporting Producers in managing & growing the JLL's client base.

JLL CMG is seeking a self-starting individual with 2-6 years of business development or sales / executive support experience with a strong desire to elevate your career in the commercial real estate industry in business development/client management, operations, or marketing.

This role combines business development/sales support, creative production/marketing, and strong project management skills.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide production support including:
  • Preparing comprehensive marketing materials including proposals, engagement contracts, and offering memorandums; drafting customized property marketing materials via PowerPoint.
  • Scheduling team correspondence, appointments, and organizing calendars/travel arrangements.
  • Assist with managing executive CRM, assist with outreach and client management & research; assist with meeting and events scheduling.
  • Help research and curate client prospects via proprietary databases.
  • Lead and coordinate high-value client events including dinners, corporate offsites, and special events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of related sales and/or executive support, marketing, or communications experience
  • College degree required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as project & deadline focused personality. Strong desire to outperform peer set.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Claude/Anthropic experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real Estate/Finance background preferred, or Business Development/Sales
  • Commercial Real Estate experience preferred
  • Ability to work overtime on short notice and provide backup support to other teams

Location: Office setting, Irvine, California (Onsite)

The compensation range listed below represents total target compensation, which includes base salary plus eligible bonus potential. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, geographic location, and market conditions.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
