Job Description

Fantastic Business Development Coordinator opportunity at a well-known global law firm. This role will include, but will not be limited to, prepare/manage proposals, conduct market research, and manage sponsorships.Client DetailsMy client is a well-known global law firm that offers opportunities to work on high-profile matters, emphasizes professional growth, inclusivity, and well-being, and provides global training and collaboration opportunities.DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage and prepare a range of business development materials, including proposals, credentials, pitches, and presentations.Maintain and update marketing systems, such as lawyer CVs, deal lists, and client database.Conduct in-depth market research to inform client strategy and identify industry trends.Coordinate and facilitate practice group meetings and ensure key updates are effectively communicated.Assist with the submission process for industry awards, rankings, and directories.Plan and execute client events and seminars, from initial concept to successful completion.Manage all deliverables related to sponsorships and conference participation.Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to advance key projects and strategic opportunities.Contribute to and manage ad hoc projects that support the practice's strategic goals.ProfileQualifications:2+ years in a legal firm.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to learn financial markets.Bachelor's degree required.Job OfferCompetitive Base Salary / BonusHealth/Vision/Dental insurance
