We are seeking a high-performing sales professional who knows how to build and grow a sales pipeline from the ground up.

This role is not for someone who relies on inbound leads alone.

What You'll Do
Build and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across multiple industries
Conduct discovery meetings to uncover business challenges
Collaborate with technical experts to design customized IT and cybersecurity solutions
Present proposals and guide prospects through the sales process
Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Stay active in the local business community to generate awareness and credibility
This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on Managed IT Services, with opportunities to identify and sell project-based solutions as well.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in outside or direct B2B sales
Demonstrated success building and growing a sales pipeline
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable discussing business technology at a high level
Experience managing activity inside a CRM
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical solutions
Established business relationships in the Louisville market
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
