  • Relentlessly prospect for new business—cold calls, canvassing, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Build a strong, consistent pipeline and drive deals from first contact to close
  • Execute a high-activity sales strategy focused on winning new accounts
  • Use a consultative, solution-based approach to overcome objections and close business
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win clients
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution after the sale
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitors, and pricing to outperform the competition
  • Track metrics, activity, and results—this is a performance-driven environment
