Job Description

Our client, an established professional services firm providing forensic engineering and investigative services, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow its client base across Pennsylvania and neighboring states. This role is home-based in Pennsylvania with regular travel to clients. Responsibilities: - Win new business with insurance carriers, independent adjusters, claims managers, law firms, and restoration contractors- Own and grow a book of business across Pennsylvania and surrounding states- Build long-term relationships with adjusters, attorneys, and claims professionals- Represent the firm at insurance, claims, and legal industry events, meetings, and presentations- Manage pipeline activity and partner with engineers to win assignments Required (applicants without this experience will not be considered): - 3+ years of B2B outside sales or business development selling professional services to insurance carriers, adjusters, law firms, or restoration contractors- Existing relationships in the Pennsylvania insurance claims, legal, or restoration market- Proven track record of generating new business and hitting targets- Based in Pennsylvania and willing to travel within the region- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred:- Experience with forensic engineering, engineering consulting, claims services, or restoration firms Why Join:- Base salary of $65,000-$75,000 plus commission, with a path to $100,000+ total earnings by year three- Home-based role with ownership of a growing region- Comprehensive benefits package and paid time off- Experienced technical team behind every sale GPAC is the recruiting partner for this confidential search.
