gpac, a 30+ year recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Commercial Construction industry. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of development projects from conception to completion- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success- Manage project budgets and schedules- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

Business Development Manager Essential Job Functions:- 5-10 years of experience in development with a preconstruction background- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities- Proficient in financial analysis and budget management- Bachelor's degree in a related field
