Business Development Manager:
We are looking for an upbeat and motived Business Development Manager to help us grow several key accounts in the Baltimore market. The ideal person for this role will have experience in selling the full menu of IT Staffing Solutions to a variety of mid market and/or enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for executing strategies to expand our presence, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth within the account. Are you IN?

Here's a little more about the role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within your target account/s to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the account/s, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the delivery team, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client's goals and objectives.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, check references and extend offers to qualified candidates.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through on-site meetings and a variety of social events.
- Contract negotiation with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers and potentially VMS systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in IT Staffing Sales with a top industry competitor required.
- Prior IT Recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience selling managed service solutions and managing executive level relationships.
- Developing and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships.
- Experience with MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners preferred
- Strong communication, presentation skills, high energy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- High volume client activity, 10 - 15+ meetings a week.
