Job DetailsRequirements
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the security industry
  • Experience selling security guard services or physical security solutions
  • Strong relationship-based sales skills and negotiation ability
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new B2B client relationships in the Houston market
  • Identify opportunities for security services and solutions
  • Present proposals and negotiate service agreements
  • Maintain and grow client accounts through relationship management
  • Manage sales pipeline and activity through CRM tools
  • Represent the company in the local business community
