- Maintain visibility within industry groups such as BOMA, IFMA, NAIOP, and local construction associations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong follow-up and relationship management
- Help drive marketing initiatives that elevate the company’s reputation and presence in the marketplace
- Track relationship activity and opportunities within CRM tools
- Experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship roles within construction, roofing, or commercial real estate
- Natural networker and relationship builder
- Comfortable attending industry events and representing the company publicly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly organized and proactive in managing relationships
